BE MORE THAN YOU THOUGHT POSSIBLE

What if peak performance didn't mean doing more?

We're told the way to improve performance is to add training, strategies, discipline or effort.

But what if we could access more of the capability already there?

Imagine what could become possible…

If we’re capable of more, what stops us from accessing it?

Sometimes the brakes go on.

Capable people hold back. Opportunities pass. Ideas stay hidden. Decisions get delayed.

And it's not always a lack of skill, knowledge or determination.

"I find myself knowing what I need to do in all elements of my life... but fail to do this."

"I need to please others and be liked so I make decisions that sacrifice myself."

Other times, it's full throttle.

The work gets done. Targets are met. Progress continues.

But the pressure keeps building, the effort becomes exhausting, and there's less energy left for life beyond the work.

"I think the only way to get what I want is with force, effort, and trying harder."

"It's easier if I do it."

Being realistic. Keeping everyone happy. Taking responsibility. Maintaining high standards. Working hard.

All perfectly sensible reasons for doing what we do.

So why can they sometimes work against us?

What if the responses limiting our performance are trying to protect us?

There may have been a time when being careful protected us from criticism. Pleasing people avoided conflict. Staying in control prevented things going wrong. Pushing harder earned recognition.

Those responses served a purpose. Over time, they became automatic.

Then life moved on. But those responses didn’t change with it.

Meet the Bodyguard.

That’s what we call the part of us trying to keep us safe.

It’s still doing its job, following orders that are now out of date.

What once helped us succeed can sometimes hold us back, or make success harder than it needs to be.

The Bodyguard has a few tactics up its sleeve

From perfecting and pleasing to controlling and constantly proving, automatic protective responses can show up in all sorts of ways.

Perfect It

Remove every possible flaw before anyone gets the chance to find one.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like high standards.

"It's not ready yet."

"One more pass."

What it can cost you

The work takes far more time and energy than it should. You keep refining instead of releasing, while opportunities pass you by.

Shrink It

Make yourself, your ambition or the opportunity smaller before anyone can judge or reject it.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like humility and being realistic.

"I should be more realistic."

"If I don't put my head above the parapet, I can't get hurt."

What it can cost you

You know you're capable of more, but watch other people step into the space you could have occupied. The opportunity passes, and you're left wondering what might have happened if you'd gone for it.

Please Them

Keep everyone happy so you don't risk losing their approval or support.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like being helpful and considerate.

"I just want to be helpful."

"I don't want to rock the boat."

What it can cost you

Your needs and ambitions keep slipping down the list. You give away time and energy, avoid saying what you really think and can end up resenting the very people you're trying to please.

Avoid It

Keep researching, overthinking or finding other things to do rather than face the decision, conversation or opportunity.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like being thorough, preparing properly and choosing the right time.

"I need more information first."

"Let me think about it some more."

What it can cost you

You spend hours going over the same options or keeping busy with everything except the thing that matters. Decisions get delayed, opportunities pass by and the effort of avoiding something can become far greater than actually doing it.

Wreck It

Undermine something that's going well before you have to face what success might bring.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like trusting your instincts.

"Something was off about it."

"It wasn't for me anyway."

What it can cost you

You lose the progress, relationship or opportunity you worked for, and can find yourself starting all over again.

Criticise It

Find fault with your work, decisions or achievements before anyone else can.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like honesty and keeping your standards high.

"Could be better."

"I'm just being honest."

What it can cost you

Even when you've done something well, your attention goes straight to what's wrong or missing. Wins are hard to enjoy, and your confidence takes a hit even when the results say otherwise.

Carry It

Keep taking responsibility for everything because doing less feels like letting people down.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like looking after everyone.

"It's easier if I do it."

"They've already got enough on."

What it can cost you

You're the person everyone relies on. The responsibilities keep growing, you're increasingly exhausted, and somewhere along the way there's less and less room for anyone to look after you.

Control It

Hand things over, then keep checking and correcting because letting go feels too risky.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like protecting the result and maintaining standards.

"I need to stay on top of this."

"I'm just making sure it's done properly."

What it can cost you

Everything starts to depend on your involvement. Decisions slow down, other people's initiative suffers and you spend far more energy overseeing things than you need to.

Prove It

Keep producing and achieving because slowing down feels like losing your value.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like staying hungry and never taking success for granted.

"I can't ease up yet."

"I'll show I can do it again."

What it can cost you

No matter how much you achieve, there's always something else you feel you have to prove. Slowing down doesn't feel earned, and the success you've worked for never quite gives you the freedom you expected.

Chase It

Set the next target before you've had a chance to enjoy the last one.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like ambition and making the most of your opportunities.

"I'm just ambitious."

"There's still more I could be doing."

What it can cost you

You've barely celebrated one achievement before you're chasing the next. The success keeps growing, but the feeling you expected to come with it never quite arrives.

Numb It

Reach for whatever turns the volume down, because feeling it fully seems like too much.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like unwinding, rewarding yourself or taking the edge off.

"I've earned this."

"I just need something to help me switch off."

What it can cost you

You find temporary relief through drinking, eating, scrolling or other distractions, but the pressure is still there afterwards. Your sleep, energy, health and relationships can suffer, while the things you're trying to escape remain unresolved.

Hide It

Pull out of reach, because being reachable feels unsafe.

How it sounds sensible

It sounds like needing space, privacy or time to yourself.

"I just need some time on my own."

"I don't feel like dealing with anyone right now."

What it can cost you

You withdraw from the very people, conversations and opportunities that could make a difference. Relationships become distant, support becomes harder to accept, and you can end up feeling increasingly isolated even when surrounded by people.

High standards, ambition, responsibility and caring about people can all be tremendous strengths.

What matters is whether we can choose when they’re useful, and when to stop.

But recognising an automatic response isn’t the same as changing it.

Reaching peak performance - and staying there - might not need another strategy

When we want better results, the answer is usually more.

More training

More tools

More strategies

More effort

And sometimes that's needed.

  • We can understand our patterns.
  • Learn ways to push through them.
  • Get good at working around them.

And still find ourselves fighting the same battles.

There’s a difference between working hard because we’ve chosen to and having to work hard just to overcome ourselves.

What if we didn't have to fight ourselves in the first place?

Change what keeps happening automatically

That's what the B-MÓR Method is designed to do.

Through guided experiences combining hypnotic processes, we help quieten the conscious mind and work with what's happening automatically including the patterns that hold us back or make success harder than it needs to be.

The person chooses what they want to change. We don’t decide who they should become.

Think of it as giving the Bodyguard new orders - so it no longer needs to keep protecting us in ways that work against what we now want.

And sometimes change happens surprisingly quickly, even after years of trying other approaches.

Less fighting ourselves.

More capability available for what matters.

Keep the strength. Lose the cost

We don't have to become less ambitious to enjoy what we've achieved. Less caring to say no. Or less driven to know when enough is enough.

What could we achieve, create or enjoy that felt out of reach before?

Pursue an ambition we've been holding back from. Build something extraordinary.

Or change direction. Rediscover something we love.

Sometimes the biggest change is how we experience the life we already have.

We each get to decide what more means to us.

Not less of who you are. More of what's possible.

Client experiences

Scaled an offer to $33.6M in annual recurring revenue

Luke Mansell-Ward, Founder

Personal work with Enda

"After my first session I felt a level of inner peace, and confidence I can't say I've felt before. I had so much clarity around my vision... I'm still baffled as to how it all worked out that way."

Luke subsequently reported scaling an offer to $33.6M in annual recurring revenue and generating nine figures for clients.

A growing business. Less self-sabotage. More present as a father.

Tom Ball, Founder, Envisage Production Services

Personal work with Enda

"My business is going from strength to strength because I'm not overthinking every decision, or getting caught up in procrastination (which used to be a huge problem for me)... a lot of the significant positive changes in my life have happened almost on auto-pilot...

I'm showing up as a way better Dad to my kids - No longer am I preoccupied fighting a losing battle in my head..."

Three years of trying. A breakthrough in 90 minutes.

Dr Sheila Nguyen, Award-Winning Cosmetic Dentist

Personal work with Enda

"Enda unlocked something I was working on for 3 years with my counsellor in 90 mins.

Had a break-through yesterday. We went out for dinner, and I used to be the type of person who if I wasn’t happy with my meal, would just accept it and leave/eat it. Not anymore.

It sounds so simple, but it was always something I could never do - say something if I was unhappy, dissatisfied. Can’t believe I felt no anxiety, and it wasn’t a big deal."

Closed $5M in sales within three months

Peter Michael, CEO, Rose Ave. Media

Personal work with Enda

"I found myself completely STUCK when it came to my personal and professional life. I literally FEARED getting on the phone with my ideal potential clients! Enda and I have been able to conquer every single one of the issues I presented with, and many I didn't even know were holding me back."

Peter reported personally closing $5M in sales within three months.

After years of struggling, no longer the dark cloud in the room

Russel Coultart, Former Global VP, Universal Music Group

Group work with Enda

"For the first time in years I feel like myself again. I am sleeping without any issues. My wife, kids and friends have all noticed a huge change in me, in a good way. I'm no longer a dark cloud in the room."

Russel had previously described years of depression, antidepressant use and talk therapy. His reported change extended beyond recovery into his family life and relationships.

Built an $80M business. Then discovered what he'd really been chasing.

Martin Mantalvanos, Founder & CEO, Bioseq

Group work with Enda

"I didn't want money and houses and boats because I wanted them. I wanted them because I felt unsafe in life. I felt scared... it never dawned on me in fifty years. Money made me feel safe."

Martin had built an $80M software business but recognised that much of his success had been tied to seeking security and withdrawing from the world.

His subsequent story describes a different relationship with life and work — becoming more visible and working upfront in his new business rather than hiding away.

"I don't feel like I have to work so hard."

The meaning of B-MÓR

Mór means great in Irish.

B-MÓR is our play on be more - becoming the greatest version of ourselves.

The name comes from the Irish roots of Enda Quealy, creator of the B-MÓR Method.

Enda spent years exploring ways to change things in his own life. When he discovered this approach, he wanted others to have the opportunity to experience it too - without spending years searching.

Enda and Alex Higgins founded B-MÓR to bring that approach to more people, in more ways, around the world.

Because when more of someone becomes available, the difference doesn't stop with them.

It changes what they achieve, create, contribute and enjoy - and what becomes possible for the people around them.

Be more than you thought possible.
